My PC's motherboard and PSU had failed, and with in a week, they had it up and running again. Communication was excellent, as well as the cost of parts and labor. I was so impressed I asked about my personal internet and it was fixed that week too. They drive an hour one way just to fix it and DIDN'T charge me an ARM and a LEG. I will be using them for all our internet needs business and personal!!!!
