I had issues with my 6 year old laptop running slow and I am not very techy, so I called around and got estimates because I needed my computer back within a certain amount of time. The beardy James tech was super knowledgeable and had my computer ready for me 3 days sooner than the “big” guys could estimate getting it back to me and it’s running way faster than I thought it would be- Thanks!
